wednesday headed down to vivo to get a birthday present for my sis. supposed to meet up with 1001 people but in the end it was only vincent and me. oh well. haha.

bought some new anna sui perfume, which i couldn't make out what it smelt like at first. then vincent exclaimed rather excitedly: "MANGOES!"

so. nothing as relaxing as rosti, some chicken and a pint down at vil'age. good old times. just like how we did it when zw was around in singapore. haha.

Tiring

so i'm finally backkkkkk.

but i'm pretty tired. and i still have parade training tomorrow for the entire day. not very looking forward ehh.

so if yu're looking for something to read.. here it is. a very brief account of my dinner at Brown Sugar, which pretty much sucked because of its service. and the appetizers were not as enticing as the reviews have made up to be. AND they don't have the lobster bisque that i've been looking forward to. )= but at least the rack of lamb saved the day. and the wine was pretty good.

nothing much interesting in camp, but here's one about the army anyway. i only have one point to contest: seeing us in our berets, sbo vest, and sar21 is not all. i still think our shuainess is upped 50% when we're in our number one. only thing is i think the peak cap is pretty ugly..

andddd. i also found out what deconstructed food is. i don't know how to put it in words, and it sounds pretty ridiculous. but some deconstructed food is supposed to be yummmyyyy.

speaking about deconstructed food, wednesday at Brown Sugar is probably gonna be good! many reviews point to a pretty positive dinner, i suppose. heh.

the non-existant weekend.

been uber busy the past few days.

parade training parade training.

there was a full dress rehearsal just yesterday down at marina's floating platform. quite a slack day since all the performers were involved as well. was down at marina by 1030hrs, but we only did like two run-thrus the entire day, before the real thing at 1730hrs.

loads of photo snapping just because we were in our number one again. but i still think that it's pretty early to be photo whoring since we're gonna get tons of chances in the near future. hmmm.

i think they recorded the entire rehearsal down. wonder if i'll be able to grab hold of a copy. haha. because i'm back in the lineupppppp. thanks to some mc people. standing rrrrright at the front is definitely an enriching experience thanks.

oh and did i mention that we were all like animals on exhibit. simply because the public like never see before like that. or maybe i too shuai. HAHA.

went down to paya lebar airbase today for some "national runway cycling" event. didn't even cycle. just go down show face only. snoRE.
